The ATU Debate Society has proudly participated in the Ghana Universities Debate Championship three times, showcasing our talent at the University of Ghana, KNUST, and the University of Cape Coast. Pan-African Universities Debate Championship (PAUDC)
The ATU Debate Society has proudly competed twice in the Pan-African Universities Debate Championship, representing our institution on an international stage in Lomé, Togo, and Kampala, Uganda. These experiences have enhanced our debating prowess, broadened our perspectives, and strengthened our commitment to intellectual excellence and global engagement.

World Universities Debate Championship (WUDC)
The ATU Debate Society is set to make its debut at the prestigious World Universities Debate Championship in 2026–2027, hosted in Ottawa, Canada. This milestone marks a significant step in our journey, providing an opportunity to compete on a global stage, showcase our skills, and elevate our institution’s reputation internationally.
